PM Internship Scheme 2024: The Prime Minister (PM) Internship Scheme has been launched by the Ministry of Corporate Affairs (MCA), Government of India. The PM Internship Scheme (PMIS) Registrations have been started on 12 October 2024. Internships under the PM Internship Scheme will be for one year (12 months). The eligible candidates can apply online for the PM Internship Scheme 2024 from the official website of PM Internship (PM Internship Portal) pminternship.mca.gov.in.

What is the PM Internship Scheme 2024
This scheme was created by the prime minister of the country to provide employment and educate unemployed youth in the country. Under this scheme, the candidate will be prepared through an internship to get employment in the companies associated with the portal. The Ministry of Corporate Affairs will also support this. The goal of this scheme is to prepare one crore youth for employment in 5 years. Along with this, the youth will get an amount of ₹ 5000 during the internship, in addition to this, insurance coverage will also be available.

PM Internship Scheme 2024: Eligibility
- Candidates applying to participate in this internship should have completed their higher secondary education (10+2).
- Along with this, they should have an ITI certificate, a diploma from a polytechnic institute, or a degree like BA, BSc, B.Com, BCA, BBA, or B.Pharma.
- The age of the candidates applying should be between 21 to 24 years as of the last date of application.
- If a candidate is involved in an online or distance learning program, then he can also participate in this scheme.
Companies are selected for this program on the basis of the CSR funds spent by them in the last three years. Companies, banks and financial institutions can also be included in this if the ministry approves them.
