- Educational Qualification: The candidate must have passed the Secondary School Leaving Certificate (SSLC) i.e. Class 10 Exam from a school recognized by the KSEAB, CISEC or CBSE.
- Age Limit: The individuals’ age shouldn’t be below 18 and above 35 years as of November 20, 2024, the upper age relaxation is applicable for 3 years for Cat-2A/2B/3A/3B and 5 years for SC/ST/Cat-I.

KPTCL JSA/JPM Selection Process 2024
The selection process for recruitment of Junior Station Attendant and Junior Powerman in KPTCL and ESCOMs (KK) and (NKK) consists a single stage, which is the Endurance Test, the details regarding it is available below.
- Electric Pole Climb: Must climb an 8-meter height (mandatory).
- 100 Meter Run: Complete in 14 seconds.
- Singa (Physical Exercise): 50 repetitions in one minute.
- Shot Put (12 pounds): Must throw 8 meters (3 attempts).
- 800 Meter Run: Complete in 3 minutes.
